I’ve always loved the idea of large chunks of meat roasting, low and slow to become tender and unctuous. So with this in mind I turned from our thoroughly British hog roast and sought inspiration from America.
After months of research and design our BBQ smoker was made and The Boar and Bull Barbeque was born. Since then we’ve been building and growing to deliver the kind of meat we dreamed of and that people love.
The best Suffolk pulled pork, dry rub briskets and slow cooked barbeque. Dry rubbed in our own blend of spices then cooked for around 12 hours over natural charcoal and apple and oak wood logs. We love it and we hope you’ll agree it’s delicious.
As a butcher and former chef I make sure our meat is sourced locally and all our products are homemade, from the spice rub to our secret BBQ sauce. So, whether you are holding a private party, wedding, corporate event, show or festival we cook fresh on site to suit your needs.
