Inkie’s is a family run mobile smokehouse bbq joint, bringing you authentic pit smoked BBQ.
All our meat is locally sourced and cooked low ‘n’ slow over either hickory, maple or cherry wood for a minimum of 16 hours; with our own rubs and sauces it makes an experience that will keep you coming back for more !
Here at Inkie’s we also do catering setting up our custom smokehouse and cook everything directly on your site. We only use hard-wood to smoke our meats — never propane. The great aromas of hickory, maple, and cherry wood combine in a heavenly aroma with the smell of pork, brisket,hot links and chicken.
On-site barbecuing gives your guests the true experience of the BBQ tradition. Everything is cooked low-n-slow the way they’re supposed to be, on-site in front of you and your guests.
The Smoke Ring
This unique cooking process creates what’s known as a “Smoke Ring” which develops along the outside of the meat and around the bones in our products. You can be assured that despite this red ring all of our meats are smoked to well done and that the “Smoke Ring” you see is a sign of outstanding, authentic BBQ!
