The new venue in Bristol sees Grillstock bring the original Americana inspired BBQ Smokehouse to the South West.
“We wanted to incorporate our festival feel into the Smokehouse”, said Ben Merrington, Grillstock Brand Director. “Eating here is a very social experience with everyone sitting together, elbow to elbow at one big table enjoying great food. We play the music loud and have fun, creating a truly authentic Grillstock dining experience. It’s all about the meat, music and mayhem.”
In addition to the already popular LockJaw ™ Burger, other menu highlights include 18hr hickory smoked pulled pork, beef brisket, pit smoked chicken and Grillstock’s signature Hog DogsTM. To wash down the smoky goodness, diners can choose from a great selection of specialist craft beers from Brooklyn Brewery, Flying Dog and Anchor.
“We’ve eaten some amazing BBQ over the past five years from our festival competitions through to our travels throughout the US. We knew that a Grillstock Smokehouse had to be up there with the best. Everything is seasoned with our own rubs and then smoked low ‘n’ slow over hickory on site.” said Jon Finch, Grillstock Managing Director.
Everything on the menu is eat in and take out. 6 Packs of Stubbys from Brooklyn Brewery and Flying Dog are also available for take out.
